Hi my name is DJ Tony T, the music genre that I strongly specialise in playing is Neo and Independent Soul music, however my music repertoire is not limited to this genre, my djing style is more diverse as I have been collecting vinyl records since the age 15 which included reggae, soul, hop hop, drum n bass, house and garage and from the age of 16 I kept my first party with a couple of  school friends which kick started my dj career.

Approx 1991 I joined Genesis radio station which I presented two days a week for 14 years

My sunday show was and is still called the good vibes soul show, easy listening music which specialises in neo, contemporary & independent soul, gospel and neo jazz, whilst my Wednesday show called the beats for the streets specialises in hip hop, remixes, re- edits, slow jams and any music outside the box which when I first started plsying was very niche.

After 14 years I left to join one of the first live streaming radio stations called the sounds of urban London where I stayed for  2 years before moving onto rock2rock for a short while, and then onto Lightening Radio for 7 years. Most recently I joined Cruise radio, however throughout my radio career I have always maintained my shows and my loyal listeners followed.

I am very passionate about music and have had the opportunity to be the DJ at a few live music soul events for the likes of Eric Benet, Ledisi,  Conya Doss, Teri Tobin, Kindred the Family Soul, Pj Morton,  Anthony David and Quentin Moore.

My main goal is to always try and play new and different music for the listener’s ear, bring those unknown artists to the forefront there is way too much music available to keep playing the same thing all the time musicians need to be heard and their talent shared.
